In the hurriedness to set
And meet those goals, to seek and find that gold, to reach the finish line ahead
Take time for the awareness of the Breath
For Being present with the literal up then down of each Step
For there is no greater fulfillment nor success
Than Being in relationship with the moment and its unbridled Yes
