Whether experiencing the feeling of being not so up
Or if it seems like the world is crashing down
Caught up in a whirlwind of those thoughts spinning 'round
The thing to "do" that would be most sound
Is to breathe with My Love
This steady, slow expansiveness
Of Love's energetic Isness
Up then down, In and "out"
Will take You out of the illusion of down and out
And into, the forever Reality of presently Being free
